When we are looking for a new home or renovating our own, we spend a lot of time on the appearance and layout of the interiors. The exterior areas of the homes have often been relegated to the background. The weeks we have lived with the Coronavirus pandemic have made us realize the importance of having areas prepared to live in harmony with the outside. Even more so at this time of summer, when life is turned outwards.

The exterior space of the houses becomes an extension of the interior, providing continuity in the decorative discourse. The terrace is an important area for all architectural distribution, adding value on a functional and aesthetic level. It means new possibilities of use and enjoyment of both the terrace itself and the interior.

At Azulev we are committed to a range of porcelain tiles that can be used in both interior and exterior areas, so that the designer can visually create continuous spaces.

It is very important to choose well the materials that we are going to place on the floor. Azulev's porcelain has extraordinary qualities. It is very resistant and incredibly stable. For this reason it is ideal for the most demanding areas of a house such as the kitchen or bathroom, and especially as an outdoor tile. Non-slip finishes are ideal for outdoor areas, especially if you have a swimming pool.

If we look for comfort inside the house and we try to create cosy spaces, the same must happen when we project our terrace. We can choose from a wide range of floors, we can opt for porcelain type cement, wood or parquet and stones.

The important thing is that everything is in harmony to make us feel comfortable.
